Payment Help

If you are unable to access your student’s account on TruView, you can access it through Portal:

Here are step-by-step instructions for accessing Portal.

  1. Once your student has set up their account at myaccount.truman.edu
  2. Go to Truview.truman.edu
  3. Enter their username and passwordPortal Login Page
  4. Go to Tools, and select Student > Student Finances & Employment

  5. Under Student Finances click on Student Account Suite

  6. You will then be directed to mybill.truman.edu which is where you will find your student’s balance.
  7. Next click on the green Make Payment button to pay the amount you are paying on the balance.Student Account
